Our services include:
Global Reach Logistics secures refunds/credits that are due back on your FedEx and UPS accounts for late deliveries and overcharges. We do this by receiving a copy of your invoice from the carrier(s) and then performing a software-based recovery audit. All refunds/credits flow directly back to your account(s); we do not stand between you and your carrier. We typically save our clients 3 to 5 percent annually on the audit alone.
This is our only billable service. We simply bill a percentage of the refunds that we have found with zero out of pocket expense
We provide unlimited customized reports. Our goal is to automate any manual procedure within your billing and invoicing systems in order to save you time and money. If we don't have the report already built, we will build it for you free of charge, with the content, format, and recipient of your choosing. Jeff Lindmark is the Director of Parcel Recovery Audit Services. His role is two fold. One is to promote the use of Global Reach Logistics' parcel recovery audit service to reduce clients' parcel spend. The second is to work with clients to provide customized solutions to challenges in the area of parcel shipping and reporting. Prior to his role with Global Reach Logistics, Jeff's transportation experience included almost ten years overseeing the relationship with both UPS and FedEx. His responsibilities included budget management, contract compliance duties, logistics operations, and systems integration.
Jessica Peckham, Manager of Parcel Recovery Audit Services, shares responsibility to promote the use of the parcel recovery audit in order to reduce clients' small parcel spend. Jessica works on behalf of our client base as well as the carriers to facilitate a working relationship that benefits all parties involved. She has been instrumental in building a portfolio of customized solutions and reports for each client. In addition, she is involved in a systematic approach to ongoing contact and support. Prior to joining Global Reach Logistics, Jessica's transportation experience included over 10 years with a major transportation company. Jessica worked as a team leader for the sales department as well as the association liaison. Jessica also sold integrated solutions for B2B partnerships. Her experience in transportation coupled with her enthusiastic advocacy for effectively managing client parcel shipping processes makes her an invaluable team member.
Keith Byrd, Director of Parcel Negotiations, has over 20 years of experience in the parcel industry. Keith has an extensive understanding of contract negotiations. He held various senior sales management positions at UPS. Keith specializes in contract benchmarking, distribution analysis and carrier negotiations. Keith helps companies negotiate world-class and market competitive contracts with small parcel carriers. He enables clients to save money, obtain better discounts and find hidden areas of opportunity where cost savings are overlooked.
